Menu and dietary
Do you do gluten free? Is there a vegan option? Can you handle a nut allergy? Is there a kids menu?

🍴They check the website, find nothing, and book somewhere that said so.
Dietary requirements, parking, whether you take a large table, what time the kitchen closes. These decide where people eat and stay, they are asked in the evening, and they are almost always already on your site somewhere.
An AI chatbot for hospitality is an assistant that reads your menus, booking policy, opening hours and access pages, then answers the dietary, timing and practical questions guests ask before booking. It cites the page behind every answer and passes booking requests to your team.
01 / What it does
Ask your front of house what they repeat. It is dietary, parking, group size and what time you stop serving, every single service.
Do you do gluten free? Is there a vegan option? Can you handle a nut allergy? Is there a kids menu?
What time does the kitchen close? Do you do lunch? Is there a set menu before seven? Last orders?
Can you take twelve? Do you do private hire? Is there a deposit? Can we bring a cake?
Is there parking? Step free access? Are dogs allowed? How far from the station?
02 / In practice
Saturday evening is a la carte only. The set menu runs Tuesday to Friday until 6.30pm at 28 pounds for three courses.
Source: /menus/set-menuMost dishes have a gluten free version and the menu marks them. Coeliac specifically means cross contamination, which the kitchen handles case by case rather than as a menu note.
A table of six on a Saturday needs the team rather than me, and I would rather the kitchen confirmed the coeliac question directly. Passing this over now with both.
Handed to the team
Hi, Marco here. Six at 8pm is fine and chef has confirmed a coeliac-safe prep. I will note it on the booking.

03 / How it works
Nobody is watching an inbox at seven on a Friday. That is exactly when people are deciding where to eat.
04 / Straight about the limits
Allergies are the one place a confident answer is the wrong answer. This is deliberate.
The menu marks it nut free as a recipe, but a severe allergy is about the kitchen environment rather than the dish, so I will not confirm it myself. Let me get the team so chef can answer properly.

Venues and hospitality share a diary problem with the rest of these.
06 / Questions
An assistant that reads your menus, booking policy, opening hours and access pages, then answers the dietary, timing and practical questions guests ask before booking, citing the page each answer came from.
It explains what your menu marks and what you have published about preparation. It will not confirm that a dish is safe for a severe allergy, because that depends on the kitchen on the night, and it hands those to your team.
It captures the request with party size, date, time and any notes, then passes it to your team. Reading live table availability from a booking system is on the roadmap.
Yes. The questions change to check-in times, parking, room types and cancellation policy, and the mechanism is identical: it answers from your own pages.
