This policy explains how AidEcho, a product of RageEdge AI Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"), handles information when you visit our website or use our product. We keep it plain, because privacy should be easy to understand.
What we collect
We collect what we need to run the service, no more. That includes: account details you give us, such as your name, email and company; the websites and documents you connect so AidEcho can read them; the conversations that happen through your assistant; and basic usage data, such as which pages you visit and which features you use, so we can keep the product working and improve it.
How we use it
We use your information to provide and improve the service: to let your AI support agent answer from your content, to route conversations to your team, to show you analytics, to keep the service secure, and to contact you about your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private conversations to train a public model.
Content your assistant reads
AidEcho reads the pages and documents you connect so it can answer your customers. That content is used to generate answers for your business and is kept in your account. You choose what it reads, and you can remove sources at any time.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers who help us run AidEcho, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and product analytics, and only as far as they need it to do their job. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect people and the service from harm. We do not sell personal information.
How we protect it
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, and we protect sensitive details like your customers' contact information with extra care. Inside your account, roles and permissions control who on your team can see what, and an audit log records important actions. You can read more on our security page. No system is perfect, so we also plan for mistakes and act quickly when something looks wrong.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Inside the product, you can set how long conversations are kept and redact details on export.
Your choices
You can access, correct, export or delete your information. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make any of these requests, email us and we will help.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Children
AidEcho is built for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top and, for material changes, let you know. Continuing to use AidEcho after an update means you accept the current version.
