Three rules.
- No pricing for other vendors. Seat and resolution pricing changes often, and a stale number here would mislead you into a decision. Ours is published in full on the pricing page; get theirs from them.
- Architecture over feature grids. Where the answers come from, and what happens when the answer is missing, still matter next quarter. A checklist of feature names does not.
- Every page says when to pick the other tool. If we cannot name a case where a competitor wins, we do not understand the category well enough to be writing about it.
