These terms cover your use of AidEcho, a product of RageEdge AI Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using AidEcho, you agree to them. We have kept them plain so you can actually read them.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it. Keep your sign-in details safe, and make sure the people you invite follow these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract to use AidEcho.
Using the service
Use AidEcho for your own business and within the law. Do not use it to send spam, to mislead people, to break other services, or to handle content you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for the website and documents you connect and for the answers your assistant gives your customers.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you choose, monthly or annual. Refunds are handled as set out in our Refund Policy. If you go over a plan limit, we will let you know and help you pick the right plan. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Your content
Your content stays yours. You give us the permission we need to read your connected sources and generate answers for your business, and to run and improve the service. You can remove your content and close your account at any time.
Availability
We work hard to keep AidEcho running, but no service is perfect. We may update, pause or change features, and we will avoid surprises where we can. Planned maintenance and rare outages can happen.
Fair use of answers
AidEcho answers from the content you connect. It is a tool to help you serve customers, not a substitute for your own judgment on important matters. You are responsible for reviewing how it is set up and for the human handoff you offer.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using AidEcho at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will make your data available to export for a reasonable window.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, AidEcho is provided as is, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the recent period. We are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be removed by law.
Changes
If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top and, for material changes, let you know. Continuing to use AidEcho after an update means you accept the current version.
