This is a property of how retrieval works rather than a promise in a policy document. The assistant is only given your content to answer from.
- Retrieval first It finds the relevant passages from your pages, then answers from those, not from general knowledge.
- A confidence floor If nothing relevant is found, it does not answer. It says so and offers a person.
- The source is shown Not stored quietly for an audit trail. Shown to the visitor, in the reply.
- Every gap is logged What it could not answer becomes a ranked list of pages worth writing.

What this does and does not guarantee.
Worth being precise, because "no hallucinations" is claimed by everyone and means different things.
- Guarantees Answers are drawn from your pages and the source is shown, so anything wrong is traceable.
- Does not Make your pages correct. If a page is out of date, the answer will be too, which is why re-reading matters.
- Means Your published content is the control. Whatever is on your site is what a customer will be told.
Is this covered under warranty?
The warranty page covers manufacturing faults for two years but does not mention accidental damage either way, so I would rather not guess. Let me get someone who can tell you properly.

How do I know it is not making things up?
Every reply carries a link to the page it came from, so you can check any answer in one click. If nothing relevant is found in your content, it does not answer at all, it says so and offers a person.
What if my pages are wrong?
Then the answer will be wrong, and it will link the page that made it wrong. That is the useful property: an incorrect answer points at exactly the content to fix, rather than leaving you guessing.
Can I see which pages it is using?
Yes. The dashboard lists every page it has read, and each conversation shows which pages were cited in which reply.
Does it use the open internet at all?
No. It answers from your own published content and any files you upload. That is the whole point of grounding it.
