📊

Your customers just wrote your content plan.

The questions it could not answer are the most valuable thing it produces.

Most analytics tell you what people clicked. This tells you what they asked, in their own words, and which of those questions your site failed to answer. That second list is a to-do ordered by real demand rather than a keyword tool guess.

Insights is the record of what your customers actually asked and which of those questions your published content could not answer. AidEcho logs every conversation, groups the recurring questions, and ranks the gaps by how often they come up, so the next page you write is the one most people needed.

01 / What it does

What the log actually tells you.

Traffic analytics tell you where people went. This tells you what they wanted, which is usually a shorter and more useful list.

What gets asked

The recurring questions, grouped, in the words customers used rather than keywords.

What it could not answer

Ranked by frequency. This is the page you should write next.

How it went

Resolution, sentiment, first reply time and whether a person had to step in.

Who handled it

Per teammate volume and closure, so you can see where the load actually sits.

02 / In practice

One gap, found the same way thirty times.

Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?

Our published pages do not cover trade pricing, so I do not want to quote you something I cannot source. Let me get someone from the team.

JM

Hi, Jo here. We do trade from ten units. I will send the sheet over.

Thanks, it was not on the site anywhere.

Logged. This question has now come up 34 times this month and appears at the top of your unanswered list.

03 / How it works

A content plan that writes itself.

Every question the assistant could not answer is a page your site does not have. Ranked by how often it was asked, that list is worth more than most keyword research.

  • Grouped, not raw Similar questions are clustered, so you see one gap rather than thirty phrasings of it.
  • Ranked by demand The most-asked gap is at the top. Write that page and the next hundred people self-serve.
  • Traceable to a page Answered questions show which page was cited, so you can see which content is doing the work.
  • Filterable By date, by site, by whether a lead was captured, by whether a person had to step in.

04 / Straight about the limits

What the numbers do and do not mean.

Analytics are only as honest as their definitions, so here are the ones that matter.

  • Counts Real conversations from your live widget, not estimates or samples.
  • From The date you install it. There is no backfill, and anything before that simply does not exist.
  • Not Page-view analytics. It measures conversations, not browsing, and does not track visitors across your site.
How many people asked about delivery this month?

Delivery timing came up 212 times, and 8 of those could not be answered from your pages. All 8 were about Northern Ireland specifically.

06 / Questions

Answers, before you ask.

What counts as an unanswered question?

One where the assistant found nothing relevant enough in your content and said so rather than guessing. Those are grouped and ranked by how often they come up.

Does it track visitors around my site?

No. It measures conversations, not browsing. There is no page-view tracking on your site unless you add your own analytics separately.

Can I see data from before I installed it?

No. Everything starts from the day it goes live, and nothing is backfilled or estimated. What you see is what actually happened.

Can I report per client or per website?

Yes. Every website has its own analytics, which is how agencies produce a per-client report without exporting anything by hand.
